Goreme (the town in Capadoccia where the balloons taking off) is ancient town and home to the old caves, which were carved by christians hiding from Romans in the 6th century. The caves looks abrupt and far from one another, making the view more fascinating. Everyday from 5am to 7am, the hundreds of Balloons float in the area turning your early morning into unforgettable experience. Even, if you wouldn’t be able to afford a balloon ride, you should have a cup of tea on one of the rooftops of the cave hotels where you will be surrounded by the balloons.
